Why work with me?
As a qualified career change coach with an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching, my passion lies in helping women transition from unfulfilling careers to ones that bring them joy and enable them to create the lifestyle they truly desire.
I understand the challenges of this journey because I've been there myself. Having gained a degree in psychology, I was curious to learn how people’s behaviours were influenced by brands, so I started my professional career in digital media. I worked on multi-million pound campaigns for global brands and enjoyed the perks of the industry but after several years of planning media for clients and on the verge of another promotion, I found myself asking, "Is this really what I want?"
That question led me down a path of uncertainty and confusion. I craved clarity and purpose in my career that linked to my value of helping others, and I realised I needed to learn more about myself to find the answers.
It took me over a year and a half of self-discovery and many conversations with those in my network to make the change and eventually I transitioned into my role in learning and development, where I create and deliver personal development and management workshops that support the growth of people in my organisation.
Looking back, I wish I had someone to guide me through the process and help me overcome the mindset obstacles that often held me back from taking action sooner.
